Max will celebrate his Bar Mitzvah on August 25, 2007 at Temple B’nai Torah in Bellevue.
Max is the son of Aleen Caplan Yamasaki of Edmonds and Tsuguhito Yamasaki of Edmonds and the brother of Sarah. His grandparents are Jerome and Wilma Caplan of Portland, Ore., Junko Yamasaki of Inagawa, Japan and the late Takashi Yamasaki.
Max will be an 8th-Grader at Madrona K-8 in Edmonds. He enjoys biking, building robots and reading.
