Rachel will celebrate her Bat Mitzvah on September 1, 2007 at Congregation Beth Shalom in Seattle.
Rachel is the daughter of Mindy Cohen and Barry Kahn and sister of Joshua and David. Her grandparents are Gay Kahn of Bergenfield, N.J., Gilda Cohen of Shaker Heights, Ohio and the late Theodore Cohen.
Rachel will be a 7th-Grader at Lakeside School. She enjoys skiing, dancing and writing poetry.
