Jason will celebrate his Bar Mitzvah on November 17, 2007 at Herzl-Ner Tamid Conservative Congregation on Mercer Island.
Jason is the son of Gordon and Trisha Cohen of Mercer Island and the brother of Nathan and Aaron Cohen. His grandparents are Stan and Rae Cohen of Newport Beach, Calif., Gloria Martinez of San Antonio, Tex., and the late Robert Martinez.
Jason is in the 8th grade at the Jewish Day School. He enjoys soccer, traveling, biking, music, cooking and reading. For his mitzvah project, he is participating in the “Swim for Stamm Camp” to benefit the Children’s Hospital Stanley Stamm Camp for children with congenital heart disease.
