Lauren will celebrate her Bat Mitzvah on September 13, 2008 at Temple De Hirsch Sinai in Bellevue.
Lauren is the daughter of Gina and Steve Dichter of Bellevue and the sister of Marisa. Her grandparents are Edith and Aaron Dichter of Bellevue, Naomi Israel of Seattle and the late Sam Israel.
Lauren is in the 7th grade in the Spanish Immersion Program at Tillicum Middle School. Her hobbies include soccer, art, reading and hanging out with friends.
For her mitzvah project, Lauren created greeting cards featuring original artwork that were sold to raise money for LAM research in honor of her mom.
