Rob Jacobs and Elizabeth Davis announce the birth of their son, Samuel Noam on April 20, 2007. He weighed 6 lbs., 6 oz. and was 17-3/4 in. long.
Samuel is the brother of Sophie and Hannah, and the grandson of Phyllis and Martin Jacobs of Lake Oswego, Ore., and Reena and Stuart Davis of Portland, Ore.
He is named in memory of Rob’s maternal grandfather, Sam Tapper, and uncle, Nathan Jacobs, as well as Elizabeth’s beloved childhood rabbi, Philip Kleinman.
