As Israel continues to lead the way in several biotech industries, a small, independent Herzliya-based video tech firm, Extreme Reality, has stumbled upon a possible solution to racial/ethnic profiling through a biometric profiling system that analyzes individuals’ movements. This automated movement analysis is based on what’s called a “skeletal map,” which can give indication that someone is “up to no good.” Extreme Reality has been working in the video technology market for nearly a decade, mostly specializing in creating a 3D effect using 2D cameras.
