Camp Wilkerson Shabbaton
The Portland Kollel and the Seattle Kollel are teaming up for a Camping Shabbaton, featuring schmoozing, learning and outdoor sports at Camp Wilkerson from July 3-5. Volunteer at 826 Seattle
The Tribe, Temple De Hirsch Sinai’s young adult group, is volunteering to do some spring cleaning at 826 Seattle, a drop-in tutoring center in Greenwood, on Sun. June 28. “Staying Close, Connected as a Couple”
This workshop series for couples focuses on patterns of communication that facilitate being supportive and accepting of each other. These interactive classes are facilitated by Jewish Family Service clinician Theresa Epstein and are presented as part of JFS’ Living with Uncertainty workshop program. Cost is $54 per couple. J-Mentor program
J-Pro announces the launch of its mentor program for working professionals in the Jewish community. The program’s goal is to provide opportunities for the development of knowledge, skills, and professional relationships. Participants will benefit from sharing standards of professionalism, addressing practical concerns and problems, assisting with transitions into their industry, and promoting community involvement. While mentors and protégés will meet on their own schedules, J-Pro will host regular events throughout the year. Register at www.jproseattle.org.

Sleep is one of the more important aspects of health and well-being. Restorative sleep provides specific benefits to our physical, mental and emotional health.
