Taylor will celebrate her Bat Mitzvah on January 18, 2014 at Herzl-Ner Tamid Conservative Congregation on Mercer Island.
Taylor is the daughter of Heather and Warren Libman of Mercer Island and the sister of Ethan and Raquel. Her grandparents are Goldie and Dave Libman of Montreal, Quebec, Susan and Brett Fidler of Bellevue, and Mark and Lorraine Buckingham of Enumclaw.
Taylor is a 7th grader at Islander Middle School. She enjoys downhill skiing, mountain biking, horseback riding and tennis.
For her mitzvah project, Taylor started a fundraiser for “The Mission Continues,” which helps veterans transition back into civilian life. She is also collecting warm clothes and sleeping bags for homeless people in Seattle.
